Terms & Conditions for Refunds & Exchange
1. Refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. If the item does not meet these criteria, we cannot process a refund.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning items unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
• Once we have received the returned item, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
2. Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item to be exchanged must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are only accepted for size or style changes. Please ensure that the item is eligible for exchange before sending it back.
• If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you can choose a different product or receive a store credit of equal value.
3. Return Process
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via DM or email with your order details.
• You will be provided with further instructions and an address for returns.
• The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving instructions for processing.
4. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
• Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Shipping
• All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns to avoid lost items.
